Short version: we use it to reply to you, and nothing else.
When you use the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and the message you write, plus the page you sent it from. Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) also processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details.
To read and reply to your inquiry. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list or send automatic replies.
Submissions pass through Cloudflare (which runs the form endpoint and spam check) and are stored in a Smartsheet sheet that only the two partners of Istari Solutions can access.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to follow up, and delete those that do not lead to an engagement within 24 months.
